Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at Info@stallionsdigitalsolutions.com.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of the date of purchase. If you cancel after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value will be charged.

Projects in Progress

If you cancel a project that is already in progress, we will refund any unused portion of the payment. However, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Delays

If we are unable to complete a project within the agreed-upon timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to find an acceptable resolution. This may include extending the deadline, refunding a portion of the payment, or finding another solution that is acceptable to both parties.

Disputes:

In the event of a dispute, Stallion Digital Solutions reserves the right to retain the full payment until the dispute is resolved.
