These terms and conditions  form the agreement between Stallion Digital Solutions  regarding the services provided by the Company.

Services Provided
The Company provides a range of digital solutions and services, including but not limited to website design and development, digital marketing, and graphic design services. The specifics of the services to be provided will be outlined in the proposal or agreement between the Company and the Client.

Payment Terms
Payment for services will be as outlined in the proposal or agreement between the Company and the Client. In the event that the Client fails to make payment in accordance with the agreed terms, the Company may take legal action to recover the outstanding amount and may also charge interest at a rate of 2% per month.

Intellectual Property
The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to any work product created by the Company for the Client, including but not limited to any websites, graphics, logos, and digital marketing materials. The Client agrees to not use or reproduce any work product without the express written consent of the Company.

Confidentiality
The Company agrees to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, and client data, confidential and to not disclose such information to any third party without the Client’s prior written consent.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by the Client, the Client shall be responsible for any unpaid fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided by the Company.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is located.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements between the parties.

Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Company’s website. The Client’s continued use of the Company’s services after any changes to the Terms shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accepting these Terms, either by electronic signature or otherwise, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and any subsequent modifications.
